Yes. All employees undergo a background check before working in any client home. We take seriously the trust involved in sending someone into your home and vet everyone accordingly.

No. Every handyman and cleaning service on our menu has a published flat-rate price. For custom projects not on the menu, we provide a written quote at no charge before any work begins.

No. All services are available without a contract. Home Watch Plans can be canceled at any time.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows are charged the full service fee. Home Watch Plan members get one free pass per year.

Yes. If a completed handyman or cleaning job is not done right, we return within 24 hours to fix it at no charge. If the issue is not resolved on the return visit, the labor charge is waived.

All handyman prices are for labor only. Materials are billed separately. You can supply your own or we can source them for you at retail cost plus a 15% sourcing fee, approved before purchase.

No. We coordinate licensed plumbers, electricians, and other trades through our vendor coordination service, but we do not perform licensed trade work.

A deep clean includes everything in a standard clean plus inside appliances, baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, window tracks, and detailed grout scrubbing.

Yes. All cleaning products and equipment are provided. We use eco-friendly products.

A scheduled visual inspection of your home. We check for issues, document what we find, and send you a written report with photos the same day.

Essential Upkeep includes one scheduled monthly property check with a written report and photos. Concierge Upkeep includes the same plus $150 per month toward any handyman or cleaning service and 10 percent off additional labor.

Yes. Winter monitoring visits are available weekly or every other week from October through April for members who need more frequent oversight.

We document it in your report with photos. If it requires immediate attention, we contact you and can coordinate a licensed trade contractor through our vendor coordination service.

No. Our visits are visual checks only and do not constitute a licensed home inspection under Massachusetts law.
