Every service on our menu includes upfront flat-rate pricing before you book. Choose a time online, we'll arrive as scheduled, complete the work, and provide clear documentation the same day.

Home watch clients receive a written report with photos after every visit. Handyman and cleaning clients receive a same-day invoice. If your project isn't listed on our menu, we'll provide a quote before any work begins.
